11. (1) Root Canal Treatment (Mono Rooted) availed in any of 1WWH
accredited clinics is reimbursable up to P2,500.00.

12. (1) Ankylosed Tooth Extraction availed in any of 1WWH accredited
clinic is reimbursable up to P1,000.00.

13. (1) Odontectomy (Impacted Teeth) availed in any of 1WWH accredited
clinic is reimbursable up to P2,500.00.

14. (1) Fluoride Treatment.

DENTAL AVAILMENT PROCEDURE 1-Worldwide Health (1WWH)

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. Members can avail of their dental benefits in any of 1WWH’s network of accredited dentist.

2. Dental services “not covered” under the member’s dental benefit shall be for the account of the member and shall be paid to the accredited dentist.

3. Dental services done by a non-accredited dentist is not coverable and non- reimbursable.

AVAILMENT PROCEDURE

1. For the convenience of our members, 1WWH will set the appointment to your preferred accredited dentist at your preferred day and time.

2. Once we have set your dental appointment, we shall confirm with you through your cell phone, email or landline.
